A barrister with 19 years’ experience litigating and advising in landlord and tenant, housing and property law, Naveen was called to the Bar in 2001 as a member of The Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn, and since then has been instructed by numerous Local Authorities, Registered Housing Providers, Corporate and Private Landlords as well as a variety of professionals from the property sector. 

 

Naveen belongs to 4-5 Gray's Inn Chambers, a modern and forward-thinking team of barristers, working with clients throughout England and Wales, and providing specialist advocacy, advisory and mediation services in housing, property, local government and public law (including equalities and human rights). Naveen is an independent and Professional Mediator. Listed in the top-tier of mediators by the Bar Council and a member of the Civil Mediation Council, he has successfully mediated in excess of 200 cases since 2002.

 

Renowned for his accessible and user-friendly approach, Naveen always strives to achieve the best results for his clients, and was conferred an Honorary Fellowship by the University of Southampton in 2014 for his contribution to the Law School.
